• Weather conditions: In the event of overcast skies, we will email a cancellation notification at 3 pm on the day of the tour and will offer the opportunity to choose a credit valid for 3 years transferable to other people as a gift voucher; or a refund (4% service fees non-refundable, $3.40 fees per ticket).
• Cancellations: Bookings cancelled by guests are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
