More information:
- Venue is The Bunker Leura - 117/121 Leura Mall, a few steps from Leura Station.
- The stargazing experience will also be held at the Bunker's garden.
- Drinks available for purchase in the night.
- Minimum: we need 8 participants to operate the tour. We will advise 24 hours prior to the tour if we don’t reach the minimum, we will fully refund you.
- We hold this dinner event two Thursdays per month. We may run on another day from Monday to Thursday only, feel free to send us your preferred date and we will do our best to accomodate you.
- Maximum capacity: 12 participants.
- Weather conditions: In the event of overcast skies, we will email a cancellation notification at 2 pm on the day of the tour and will offer the opportunity to choose a credit valid for 3 years transferable to other people as a gift voucher; or attend the dinner (the dome is weather-proof, we require a minimum of 8 participants), and attend an indoor astronomy Planetarium experience after the dinner in a private venue in Leura. Please note that strictly no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations: Bookings cancelled by guests are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
