Stargazing at Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains

• Bookings are open to everyone - locals and visitors - you don’t need to stay at the Fairmont to book the tour 
• We require a minimum of 15 pax to run the tour. You can still book for less than 15, we will fully refund you if we don’t reach 15 pax.
• Maximum capacity: 20 pax
• Minimum Age: Children above 4 years old. Child ticket: 4-15 years old. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Weather conditions: PLEASE NOTE OUR TOURS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION. You are welcome to call us on the day for a last minute booking if you want to check the latest weather forecast before booking. If we need to cancel due to cloud cover, we will email you at 1 pm on the day and will offer a 3-year gift voucher/credit valid in the Blue Mountains or Jervis Bay (the validity can be extended) transferrable to other people (so you can donate or sell it); or the opportunity to attend our indoor astronomy planetarium tour in another venue in Leura. We require a minimum of 8 guests in order to run the indoor planetarium tour. We will try our absolute best to accomodate you if we have the capacity.
• Cancellations: Bookings cancelled by guests are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
